Returns

At Orchid Cove, we hope every order feels like something you’ll reach for again and again. If a piece isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can find something you’ll love.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for store credit only.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or pet hair, with all original tags attached.

Once your return has been received and approved, you’ll receive your store credit by email. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
